Breakly
Stop doomscrolling with mini and long breaks
Breakly is an iPhone screen time app that interrupts doomscrolling with mini and long breaks, plus an optional Strict Mode that keeps the break in place.
Breakly helps stop mindless scrolling on iPhone without turning the phone into a prison.
Mini breaks interrupt before "one more swipe"; long breaks let the urge fade. Optional Strict Mode; essentials via whitelist.
